Dr. Timothy Kimball, PhD

President/CEO; Licensed Psychologist


Licensed Clinical Psychologistl; Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency; Problem solver and a people person. Strong background in both management and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Ann Marie Hernandez, Ph.D.

Associate Director of Clinical Operations; Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Ann Marie Hernandez is a native San Antonio. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She was born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio and earned her high school diploma from the International School of the Americas. She attended the University of the Incarnate Word and Purdue University, where she earned her Ph.D. in 2010. She completed a one-year internship at Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital, followed by a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

Dr. Hernandez' clinical and research interests include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and suicide.

Aside from her work as a psychologist, she is active in community service and a life-long San Antonio Spurs fan.

Dr. Thanh Ngo

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Ngo was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She earned a dual degree in Psychology B.A. and Cell and Developmental Biology, B.S. at the University of Rochester, NY, and obtained her Doctoral of Clinical Psychology, Psy.D. from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. She has over two years of experience working at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, providing psychological services and evaluations to individuals who are incarcerated and/or under community supervision. Additionally, she has experience performing risk assessment and providing treatment to individuals with sexual offenses and those who might be subjected to civil commitment. Dr. Ngo is a strong advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault victims and has experience working for crisis hotlines and volunteering at shelters. She also has a strong background in psychological research on disparities in mental health, community mental health, and policy research.

Dr. Daniel Osborn

Provisionally Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Osborn is a psychologist-pl and licensed professional counselor - supervisor who has been practicing for fifteen years. His practice focuses on individual adult counseling, couples counseling, and forensics services. He has also provided counseling for Child Protective Services, inmates in the correctional facilities, school districts, probation, and EAP programs. Further, as an Army veteran with three years of service, Dr. Osborn relates well to veterans and has an understanding of the stressors that come with military duty.

Dr. Laura McWhorter

Provisionally Licensed Psychologist

Laura McWhorter comlpleted her Doctorate in Psychology  at California Southern University. She completed her graduate degree at the University of North Texas, majoring in Special Education. Laura worked as a Special Education teacher while gaining additional training to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She continues to work as a BCBA, primarily with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Methodist Hospital. Laura is excited to combine her medical background, experiences in education, and knowledge of behavioral analysis with psychology to provide treatment that encompasses the whole person. Laura is married with four children. She enjoys spending any free time with her family.  

Sandra Teniente, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor and  Pre-Doctoral Psychology Trainee

Sandra F. Teniente, M.A., LPC, LCDC has over 10 years of providing mental health/substance abuse counseling services to children, adolescents and adults using a combined integrative and eclectic approach. As a psychological assistant, she has over 2 years of experience in psychological testing administration, interpretation and psychological report writing. 

Sandra F. Teniente is currently a student at Walden University, working towards a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio, majoring in Counseling, with a specialization in Community Counseling.  

Megan Podlaski

Licensed Psychological Associate

Megan Podlaski, M.A., LPA has been providing evidence-based psychotherapy services for the past 13 years. She has an educational background in psychological research, clinical psychology, and psychological assessments.  

Shannon Khan

Licensed Psychological Associate

Shannon H. Khan, M.A., LPA, LPC-S has over 15 years of experience providing assessment and counseling for adults, children and families using a variety of therapeutic techniques. She is trained in psychological assessment and has a keen understanding of the dynamics presented by various diagnoses and symptoms. 

Bill Sigsbee

Licensed Psychological Associate

Bill Sigsbee, MA, LPA, Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a Licensed Psychological Associate who has recently worked as a Field Researcher for Pearson Psychological Corporation assisting in the standardization of new psychological tests.  His interests are testing and the integration of psychology and spirituality.
